Miss Natalie

I just realized I need to take more pictures of my daughter. She is just so hard to get to sit still! Natalie is seen here on her sit-n-spin and coloring with her brothers. Notice her tiny pigtails?

Colin says GOODBYE to his NUKS!

This was a huge deal! These pics are from the last night with his nuks. The next day he is turning 4 and is way to old to have these. As you can see, he loves them. He was so good. This went so smooth. Last time we tried he cried for an entire month and didn't nap or go to bed before 11 p.m. Now he takes naps still and goes to bed on time! What a blessing! (yes, he can make the nuks stick to his cheeks with no glue, what a talent!)

Halloween

Yeah! Halloween was a blast! Nat and Ryan were Skeletons and Colin was Superman. (He was too scarded of the skeleton costumes.) Grandma Sue came to hand out candy to the 100+ trick or treaters so Josh and I could accompany the kids.

The boys dumped out their candy and started to compare treats. Natalie loved jumping in the leaves earlier that week.

The Pumpkin Patch

Saturday we visit the McDougals Apple Junction and Pumpkin Patch. The weather was terrific and warm. It was so much fun. The kids chased around the chickens and goats. The boys raced each other on all-terrain trikes and loved it. We also did a maze through a corn field and took a ride on a trailor out to pick our pumpkins. It was a great afternoon!

Three Happy Skaters

We now have all three kids on skates! I never thought this day would come! It is so nice to be on the ice will all of the kids at open skating. Colin got new skates-his first nonhandmedown. He is starting skating lessons tomorrow so we went to try them out. I was wondering what to do with Nat while I was on the ice with Colin but then I remembered the pair of little skates in the basement. So, we put them on her and she started to giggle! So cute! She refused to use the walker-except to take a pictures. I helped her out and she skated for nearly 2 hours. Colin loved his skates. Ryan was off skating with some of the other boys having a blast! Poor Josh missed all the excitement. He was at a Gopher hockey game. Good thing we took pics for him!

New Kitchen

We are nearing the end in the long kitchen remodel. So far, we have put in new flooring, cabinets, appliances, and countertop. We still have some finishing touches like trim work, window coverings and such to finish when we have the time! The Silestone countertop is fabulous and we are really enjoying it. The best thing, the fridge. The kids can finally get themselves some water and ice. Also, Natalie is not able to open the door. Another bonus!

Natalie Turns Two!

Nat turned two on Sept. 14. She opened all of her presents by herself, again, and was so happy with her presents. She is such a girly girl, curls and all!
